We use a two-part process with specialized equipment to turn your photo into a beautiful, high-quality magnet. This is done by hand with great care:

Part 1: The Photo Prep (Using the Paper Cutter)

Print and Cut: Your photo is printed and then carefully cut to the correct size using our precise paper cutter (as shown in image 1, steps 1-3).

Perfect Shape: The cutter presses down to get the exact round shape needed for a perfect fit (image 1, step 4).

Part 2: The Magnet Assembly (Using the Fridge Magnet Machine)

This is where all the parts come together to create your finished magnet:

Material Prep: We gather the required materials: a metal shell, a clear acrylic plate, your photo, and a protective mylar sheet (image 2, steps 1-4).

Layering: The metal shell and acrylic plate are set into the mold, and your photo is placed on the shell. The protective mylar is placed on top of the photo.

Pressing and Riveting: The machine base is rotated, and the handle is pressed down slowly to securely rivet the layers together (image 2, steps 5-7). This ensures a strong, sealed product.

Final Step: We attach a strong rubber magnet to the back of the finished acrylic and metal shell (image 2, step 8).

Finished Product: This careful process results in a durable, bright, and finished custom magnet for your fridge (image 2, step 9).
