Ordering & Payment
- By placing an order, you agree to buy the custom magnets as described.
- All prices are shown in US dollars ($). Payment is required at the time of order.
Custom Products & Quality
- Magnets are custom-made based on the photos you provide. We are not responsible for low-quality results if the photo you uploaded was low-resolution or blurry.
- Due to the custom nature, orders cannot be changed or canceled once production starts.
Photo Content Policy
- You confirm that you own the rights to the photos you upload.
- You agree not to upload any illegal, harmful, or copyrighted images. We reserve the right to cancel any order with such content.
Shipping Policy
Processing Time
- Orders usually take 1-2 business days to make and package before shipping.
Shipping Times
- Shipping time starts after the order is processed.
- Standard Shipping: Usually takes 3-5 business days.
- Tracking information will be sent to your email when the order ships.

Custom Orders
- Because every magnet is custom-made, we do not accept returns or give refunds for buyer mistakes (like choosing the wrong size or uploading the wrong photo).
Damaged or Wrong Items
- If your magnets arrive damaged or we made a mistake (like sending the wrong product or size), please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
- You must send a clear photo of the damage/mistake.
- We will quickly remake and ship a replacement order to you at no extra cost.
Privacy Policy
What We Collect
- We collect the following information to process your order and make your custom magnets:
- Contact Info: Your name, email, and shipping address.
- Payment Info: This is handled by a secure payment provider (like Stripe or PayPal) and we do not store your full credit card number.
- Your Photos: The images you upload to create your magnets.

- To process your payment and complete your order.
- To create, package, and ship your custom magnets.
- To contact you about your order if there is a problem.
Your Photos
- We use your uploaded photos only to create your magnets.
- Your photos are deleted from our system after your order is shipped (usually within 20 days). We do not share or use your photos for any other purpose.
