You can upload photos directly from your phone, computer, or social media right on the product page. Just click the “Upload” button!
2. What type of image files do you accept?
We accept most common file types, including JPEG, PNG, and HEIC.
3. What is the best resolution for my photo?
The clearer the photo you send, the better your magnet will look. If your image is very small or blurry, we will try to let you know before printing.
4. How long until I get my magnets?
Processing Time: It takes 1-2 business days to create and package your order. Shipping Time: Standard shipping usually takes 2-3 business days after processing.
5. Can I return my custom magnets?
Since every magnet is custom-made, we do not accept returns for buyer mistakes (like the wrong photo or size). However, if your order is damaged or we made a mistake, please contact us right away for a replacement!
